Unfortuately, I’m not a Scouting memorbilia dealer, although I do collect some items for my own personal collections. I would not be able to tell you the value of the Fuji Scout uniform shirt with or without insignia on it.
The International Scouting Collectors Association (ISCA) is a non-profit organization that promotes education regarding the history of the Scouting movement through the collecting and trading of Scouting items. I have been a member of that organization since it’s earliest days.
