Happy New Year to everyone!!

I’ll try to do a little better job with updating this blog as the year goes onward… as a person who reads and answers well over 300 pieces of mail on an average day, I get a little tired of having yet to do ANOTHER thing — a blog entry — in addition to the research, the typing and the posting of the questions asked to me. 

I am trying to find a way to automate this a bit…especially with regard to the common question posed which I sometime answer two and three times in a day although in a different way because the question was posed to me in a slightly different manner.  What I don’t want to do, however, is to “automate my answers or responses”.  You wrote to me, taking your time from work or play or whatever to ask me a question…the very minimal I can do is to also answer your question the best way I can with the resources I have available to do so.  That won’t change. 

What may change is that I’ll ask you to take a look at the “Frequently Asked Questions” and the “recently asked questions” to see if someone else posed a similar type question to me before asking me your question.  Chances are between the two, I’ve answered your question before…

Have a GREAT year…I am planning on having one of my best years during 2011…and by all means, be of service ro someone every single day — even if it’s to be a pain in the butt….*smiling*
