Hi David!!

I think you’re talking about the items in my “four pound binder”. I haven’t updated the binder in quite some time (about three years now) but I need to do so. Some of the publications no longer exist; while others are found only in electronic forms.

My footdragging is all about format. With tablets being the “flavor of the day”, I have to figure out how to make the documents available for viewing via a tablet. I have narrowed it down to PDFing what the BSA doesn’t already provide or HTMLing what documents and publications are not available.

I should have something together by May.

In the meantime, I’ve attached a copy of the 1994 posting I made to Scouts-L and trust me, I’ll update this as soon as I can because a lot of the information there has been discontinued or made available electronically through the BSA.
